Police say that the body of a man, believed to be a tramper that went missing in Milford Sound on Monday, has been found.

Search and Rescue specialists are now working to recover the body and return him to his family.
The tramper had intended to climb Devil's Armchair near the northern end of the Milford Track.
He was reported overdue shortly after midnight on Monday.
Access to the search areas was difficult and searchers had encountered challenging terrain, including steep rock faces and dense bush.
