Police are appealing for witnesses after blood was found at an East Tamaki address this morning.

Police were called to an address on Lady Fisher Place at around 1.40am after a report was made of a person being injured.
However, when police arrived at the scene no one was present, but an amount of blood was located.
A scene investigation is underway to establish what occurred.
Police have concerns for the injured party and have asked anyone who was present at the address or has any further information to make contact.
