Two people are due to appear in the Rotorua Youth Court today in relation to a burglary at a commercial property in Tokoroa early this morning.
Police said six offenders loaded stolen property into three stolen cars at about 12.30am.
Units from Taupō, Rotorua and Tokoroa had located all the cars but were only able to stop one of them.
Most of the stolen property has been recovered.
