Three cars were set alight and destroyed on an Auckland street overnight, sparking a police investigation.
Emergency services were called to Victor Street in Avondale just before 3am.
All three vehicles belong to one family, who say they're now without transport. As well, they have lost property stored inside their cars.
A fourth car was also in flames near Mt Smart Stadium last night. It is unclear if the incidents are linked.
