Five new cases of Covid-19 are being reported in managed isolation and quarantine (MIQ) facilities today.

In a statement, the Ministry of Health said six cases had recovered. Total active cases is at 18, while total confirmed cases is at 2295.
All five new cases came from India via Qatar, and tested positive within a day or so of arriving.
There were no new community cases to report, the ministry said.
Since 1 January 2021, there have been 60 historical cases, out of a total of 479 cases.
Laboratories processed 2217 tests yesterday, bringing the seven-day rolling average to 3654.
Wellington wastewater weak positive
The ministry today said further samples had been collected from Wellington wastewater, and results were expected tomorrow evening.
Yesterday, the ministry said wastewater testing had picked up two weak positive results in Wellington, believed to have come from recently recovered cases residing and visiting the region.
Epidemiologist professor Michael Baker told Morning Report a review of wastewater testing was needed to work out its effectiveness in picking up Covid-19 outbreaks.
The ministry advised people with symptoms, especially in the Wellington region and including visitors in the area, to get tested by calling Healthline on 0800 358 5453.
