Police in Waikato are asking for the public's help to find a missing fisherman in Raglan.

The missing man told his friend yesterday of plans to go fishing off the rocks at Papanui Point, and said he would return that afternoon.
His vehicle was later found in the Papanui Point carpark and his belongings on the beach.
Search and rescue efforts have been unable to locate the man.
