Covid-19 update: Six imported cases in past three days, no new community cases

There have been six new cases of Covid-19 reported in managed isolation in New Zealand since Thursday, and no new community cases.

In its first update on coronavirus numbers in this country in three days, the Health Ministry said the seven-day rolling average of new imported cases is three.

The new cases reported today came from India, the UK, the US and Egypt.

There are now 61 active cases and there have been a total of 2151 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in New Zealand.

There were five new cases reported in managed isolation on Thursday.
