The man, who hasn't been charged yet, is being kept under guard in connection with what's believed to be a family harm-related incident at an Epsom address.

A fourth person who had minor injuries was interviewed by the police yesterday.

Police say the man and the woman who were killed at a property in The Drive knew each other, but haven't yet been formally identified.

Post-mortems will be carried out on the victims' bodies today.

No one else is being sought, and the police say there's no risk to the community.

Detective Inspector Scott Beard said the people involved have not yet been formally identified.

Part of the police investigation will be providing victim support to the family members involved, he said.
