Police are attending to two serious crashes in Waikato.

The first happened at 4.45am this morning, on Tower Road in Matamata.
The only person in the vehicle was airlifted to Waikato Hospital.
They are in a critical condition.
The second crash was on Te Rapa Road in Horotiu near the dairy factory at 5.30am.
The sole occupant of the vehicle died at the scene.
