Napier police are investigating after a gun was fired at a property in the suburb of Taradale last night.

Officers were called to a house on Avondale Road about 11.20pm.
People were inside at the time but no one was injured.
Police say it's too early to establish whether it was gang-related, or if it's linked to other incidents in Hawke's Bay.
