Police in Hamilton say a six-year-old boy who went missing has now been found.

Laurel, whose home is in the suburb of Maeroa, is described as of small build with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Police said they and the boy's family had been concerned for his welfare and wanted to make sure he was safe.
However, they confirmed about 3pm he had been located.
