Police have released the name of the baby who died in a crash in Ahipara in the Far North on Wednesday.

The three-month-old baby was Crystal Mary Bryers of Kohukohu.
"Our thoughts and sympathies are with Crystal's family at this extremely difficult time," a police statement said.
Two others were seriously injured.
The single car crash is under investigation and has been referred to the coroner.
