There has been a third shooting in Auckland in less than 24 hours.
Police say a man turned up at a North Shore hospital at 5am today with a gunshot wound.
He has undergone surgery and is in a stable condition.
Enquiries are underway.
It is not thought to be connected to the fatal shooting of Constable Matthew Hunt and the wounding of another officer yesterday.
