The police have launched a homicide investigation after a man was found dead in Rotorua this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to a Owhata property about 4.45pm.
The man's body was found when they arrived.
The police are talking to a man who was present at the time, and aren't seeking anyone else in relation to the death.
