One person died in a quad bike accident in Wharepuhunga in southern Waikato this morning.

It's the sixth workplace fatality in just six days.
Police say the bike rolled on a farm and crashed.
WorkSafe has been notified; it's already investigating the other deaths, four of which involved farm vehicles like tractors and utes.
