Auckland Regional Public Health Service says a person infected with the measles flew from Australia's Sunshine Coast to Auckland last Wednesday.

The person left the Sunshine Coast on Wednesday just before midday on Air New Zealand flight NZ768.
The flight arrived in Auckland just before 6pm that night.
Auckland Regional Public Health says the New Zealander was holidaying in Australia and was not aware that he was infected with the disease.
