The man charged following a fatal bus crash in Rotorua has appeared in the Auckland District Court.

Four adults and one child died when their tour bus rolled on State Highway 5, in Ngātira, west of Rotorua.
A further seven people received injuries requiring hospital care.
The Rotorua Chinese community rallied to support and provide food for the victims after the accident.
The driver, who has name suppression, is facing five charges of operating a vehicle carelessly causing death.
He has been remanded without plea, and will reappear on 25 October.
