Police in Christchurch are interviewing a man after a gunpoint robbery in the city on Saturday morning.
The central city Tower Post Office was robbed about 8.30am by a man who pointed a handgun at staff and grabbed some cash.
Police say the man drove off in a stolen car.
A man was later stopped by police as he was riding away on a stolen push-bike.
