A person has died after a vehicle crashed into a building in South Auckland.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Great South Road in Papatoetoe just before 10am this morning.
The road is expected to remain closed for some time while the serious crash unit examines the scene.
Diversions are in place on Great South Road at East Tamaki Road and Hoteo Avenue.
