Police are seeking witnesses to a fight between two rival gangs at Ruapuna Raceway at Templeton in Christchurch just after midday today.

Several gang members took part in the altercation and some ended up in hospital with injuries ranging from moderate to serious.
Detective Sergeant Brad Grainger said this behaviour, particularly at public events, would not be tolerated.
Police are encouraging witnesses to come forward, especially anyone with video footage.
