A person is dead and two others are seriously injured after a crash in Invercargill last night.
The two-vehicle crash occurred near the intersection of Newcastle and Clifton Streets shortly after 9pm.
Police said two people remained in a serious condition, one in Southland Hospital, the other in Christchurch Hospital.
The Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
