Fog restrictions at Auckland Airport have now been lifted but dozens of flights remain delayed and others cancelled.

The restrictions were put in place at 7am, causing the delay of 28 domestic flights and cancellation of nine.
Most were regional flights, but delays also affected main flights to Wellington, Dunedin and Christchurch.
International flights were not affected.
