Police are appealing for sightings of a missing 46-year-old Christchurch man who has not been seen since Monday.

Brendon Laughton was last seen in Clifton, near Sumner, just after 7am on Monday.
Police said he usually drove a grey Skoda Stationwagon and was thought to be wearing black Reebok sneakers with blue soles and either grey trackpants or baggy jeans.

He had an electric skateboard with him, which police descried as a grey longboard with green wheels and a motor.
Anyone who thinks they may have see Mr Laughton or his car are asked to contact police.
