A motorcyclist who was critically injured after crashing at a race track in Waikato has died.

The 28-year-old Auckland woman hit a wall at the Hampton Downs Motorspot Park on Wednesday evening.
The police say she had been on life support since the crash but died in hospital this morning.
The woman was taking part in a non-competitive motorbike club event.
