More details have emerged about the $8.6 million of assets frozen by the police in a bribery and corruption case.

Stephen Borlase, his wife Catherine Borlase and Projenz - the engineering firm he was a director at, along with trustees of the Borlase Civil Trust, were served restraining orders after a Serious Fraud prosecution jailed Mr Borlase for corruption and bribery over roading contracts.
Copies of the restraining orders, released to RNZ News today, show properties in Mount Eden, Albany and Hahei in the Coromandel have been frozen along with the funds in two bank accounts in the name of the Borlase Civil Trust.
Affadavits detailing the exact amount of money in the accounts have been withheld by the courts.
There are also orders to sell and hold the funds of a 2015 Mercedes Benz and 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Ms Borlase's name and 1963 Ford Fairlane in Mr Borlase's name.
The orders, filed by Crown solicitor Brian Dickey, said there were reasonable grounds to believe Mr Borlase had unlawfully benefited from the property and their seizure would ensure their values would be maximised.
Borlase was sentenced in February to five-and-a-half years in prison along with former Rodney District Council and Auckland Transport senior manager Murray Noone who was sentenced to five years' jail for accepting the bribes.
The proceedings to seize assets came after the Serious Fraud Office prosecution.
