A 45-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder over the death of Kim Richmond.

Ms Richmond's ute was recovered with her body inside from Lake Arapuni in south Waikato last week.
The 42-year-old went missing in July last year.
Her bank cards were found on the side of a road, more than two months after she vanished.
Police said they had told Ms Richmond's family of the arrest.
The man is set to appear in the Hamilton District Court tomorrow morning.
