The body found in a ute recovered from Lake Arapuni in south Waikato has been identified as that of missing woman Kim Richmond.

Police divers found the silver 2014 Ford Ranger ute in the lake on Wednesday.
Ms Richmond, 42, was last seen driving south from her Arohena home on 31 July 2016.
Bank cards belonging to her were on the side of a road, more than two months after she vanished.
Police say they are still investigating Ms Richmond's disappearance.
They said work would now begin to determine the cause of death.
