Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run car crash in Hawke's Bay.
Two vehicles collided on York Road at about 11am yesterday, and the driver of one of the cars died at the scene.
The second car did not stop.
Police said the second car was described as possibly being a 1990s dark-green Honda Accord in rough condition.
Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the accident.
