Motorways around New Zealand are busy today as people take advantage of Anzac Day on Tuesday to take a long weekend.
Some roads are congested with people having taken Monday off to take a long weekend.
In Auckland, there have been delays on State Highway 1 near Ellerslie, and also between Puhoi and Warkworth, but NZTA said the delays were now easing.
North of Wellington there have been delays between Peka Peka and Otaki.
Roads are also reported to be busier than normal in Waikato.
And in north Otago, State Highway 1 is partially closed between Hampden and Palmerston following a crash.
