A woman has admitted using a taser, scissors and a cricket wicket to assault a 19-year-old woman who was later left for dead in the Dome Valley, north of Auckland.
Today's guilty pleas by Julie-Anne Torrance, 42, come midway through the Dome Valley kidnapping trial in the High Court in Auckland.
Torrance has been on trial along with Wayne Blackett, Cameron Hakeke, Michelle Blom and Nicola Jones, over two separate kidnappings of the teenager last year.
Before the trial began, Torrance pleaded guilty to robbery.
She still faces charges of kidnapping, assault, sexual violation and attempted murder.
