A fire at Bottle Lake Forest, north of Christchurch, is being treated as suspicious.

Three water tankers and two fire engines are at the scene.
The fire covers an area of about 400 sq/m. It not threatening any properties and is reported to be under control.
The forest park is owned by Christchurch City Council.
