The 30-year-old was stabbed and shot at point-blank range in her Ward St home on 10 December, in what the police described as an execution-style killing.

They were seeking four men but said it was possible one or more women were involved.

The first man was 6ft 2in tall with a skinny build, in his 20s or 30s, and at the time was wearing dark baggy clothing with a hood and carrying a large rectangular object.

Two of the others were described as skinny or lean and wearing dark clothing.

The fourth sounded younger than the others, and was believed to have been seen upset outside Ms Tolley's flat.

Police also released images of a blue Subaru and silver lowered sedan-type car with black wheels, which they said were seen near the flat at the time of the killing.

Detective Senior Sergeant Glenn Barnett said, while the descriptions were not detailed, someone would know who the men were and he urged them to contact police.

Ms Tolley's family have pleaded for anyone with information to come forward, saying they were experiencing their worst nightmare.

They described Ms Tolley as an extremely kind person and much-loved.
