Three men and a 13-year-old have been arrested after a drunken brawl involving up to 60 people in south Waikato overnight.
Police said the four were arrested outside an alcohol-fuelled party in Kelso Street, Tokoroa.
Sergeant Sam Parata said the fighting did not stop and the crowd did not disperse until 1am.
An 18-year-old man found unconscious on the road was taken to Tokoroa Hospital and then moved to Waikato Hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
