A convicted child-sex offender who absconded from an address in Christchurch is back in custody.
Patrick McGreevy, 38, is due to appear in the Timaru District Court on Tuesday charged with breaching a supervision order under the Parole Act.
Police earlier warned people to stay away from him if he was spotted.
