Police in Northland have released the name of a Whangarei man they allege was murdered this week at an old farm-house.
He was Stephen Patrick Rundlett, 38.
Mr Rundlett was found dead after ambulance staff were called to the house in Tauraroa early on Monday. He is believed to have suffered serious head injuries.
A Whangarei man, Rota John Ranapia, is in custody, charged with Mr Rundlett's murder.
