A High Court trial is due to begin on Monday for a Korean national who is accused of murder.
Mi Sook Kim, 41, died during a fire at a dental clinic in West Auckland in February last year. Two men suffered minor injuries.
Chul Jun Cho, 45, is charged at the High Court in Auckland over her death. He also faces charges of attempted murder and arson.
A Korean translator is to be used during the trial which will hear from 39 witnesses over what is expected to be at least two weeks.
