Two men in Hamilton have been caught behind the wheel within 24 hours, each more than two and half times over the legal alcohol limit.
Police say a 19-year-old was stopped north of the city just after 9am today, after a 57-year-old had been pulled over at about the same time yesterday.
Senior Sergeant Dave Litton said it was a timely reminder to the public that drivers can be stopped and breath-tested at any hour of the day.
Both drivers have had their licences suspended and will appear in court on drink-driving charges.
