A man is dead after a quad bike overturned on steep terrain on an Otago farm.
Police say the 56-year-old's bike rolled while he was working on the farm near Waihola Hill in the Clutha District tonight.
A spokesperson says emergency services were alerted about 6.45pm after the man was found trapped beneath the bike.
The spokesperson says WorkSafe New Zealand has been notified and expects to have staff at the scene tomorrow.
