A man injured in a fall at Speight's Brewery in Dunedin has died.

Ralph Ashenhurst, 48, died after being taken to hospital.
The death has been referred to the coroner.
Worksafe New Zealand says it would be investigating how the elevator worker fell down a lift shaft at the brewery.
