People with large amounts of unpaid traffic fines will be receiving letters to warn them to start repaying.
The letters will give them a 14-day period in which to pay, or to set up a payment plan.
If a second warning is ignored, a person's driver's licence could be taken and their vehicle or vehicles seized.
Courts Minister Chester Borrows expects about 21,000 people with large fines will be the first to receive the letters.

He says these people owe about $126 million between them.
Mr Borrows says people are being given every opportunity to pay their fines.
