A man has been killed in a forklift accident in Whangarei.
The 24-year-old worker died at the scene after the forklift he was driving rolled, pinning him beneath it.
The accident happened about 10.45am on Monday at a Whangarei timber company.
Police and Worksafe New Zealand are investigating, and the death has been referred to the coroner.
