A search has resumed for a man feared drowned off a remote beach in Northland.
He and two others yesterday were swept into the sea while net-fishing off Maunganui Bluff, north of Dargaville, on Saturday afternoon.
One of the men died at the scene and another was taken by helicopter to Whangarei hospital.
The missing man was initially spotted in the waves by Coastguard crew, but they could not find him again.
