Waikato police say a post-mortem into how a 28-year-old woman died in Te Aroha on Monday has raised more questions than answers.
They say at this stage, her death remains an unexplained sudden death.
Police were called to a property in Stanley Street by ambulance staff about 11.30am.
They say results of a post-mortem carried out in Auckland are inconclusive and they have to wait for the results of further forensic examinations, including toxicology tests, which are expected to take some time.
An examination of the property is continuing, along with inquiries with residents in the immediate area.
