Crown Law went to the High Court to have a 1922 Rolls Royce forfeited, after it was found in August in a shipping container at a Dunedin freight yard.
Swann stole $16.8 million from the former Otago District Health Board. He was released from jail in July but still has a $6 million proceeds-of-crime order against him.
In court in Dunedin on Thursday it was revealed the Crown also sought control of $92,475 held in a trust fund by the central Otago law firm Checketts McKay and a KTM dirt bike, bought for about $14,500.
Swann did not appear or make any legal response.
Justice Gendall said there was sufficient evidence the property was all Swann's or purchased by tainted funds and ordered them forfeited.
