Two men accused of murdering an Auckland man who was burnt to death won't stand trial until next year.
The body of Shalvin Prasad, 21, was found in a scrub fire in February.
Shivneel Kumar and Bryne Permal are charged with his murder.
Both appeared at the Auckland High Court on Wednesday morning where a provisional trial date of July 2014 was set.
