Police say an armed man has threatened and robbed people at two tourist spots in Auckland on Sunday.
The first robbery happened in the Auckland Domain Wintergardens before 5pm and the second one occurred at the summit of Mount Eden shortly afterwards.
Police believe the same man is responsible for both incidents and are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
The offender fled in a bright blue Holden Commodore with the registration number - GPH784.
