Telecom's international mobile roaming service has been restored, the company says.
Several thousand of its overseas customers had been unable to receive or make cellphone calls, send text messages or access data since Tuesday morning.
Telecom says services resumed at 1am on Thursday and it is continuing to monitor its system closely.
It says overseas customers should now be able to make and receive calls, send and receive texts, and access data.
