League tables released by Health Minister Tony Ryall show the rates of immunisation of young children have declined in some areas.
The Government on Tuesday published information showing how Primary Health Organisations (PHOs) are doing against three of its six health targets.
Wellington-based PHO Cosine was top of the ranking, getting close to the Government goal of 95% of two-year-olds fully vaccinated.
At the bottom is the Auckland PHO, whose immunisation rate had dropped to 79% by April this year.
Nelson Bays Primary Health Trust also dropped, to 82%.
PHOs are groupings of general practices funded through district health boards to deliver health services.
