Two Auckland medical centres are temporarily closed after Covid-19 positive cases visited.

Ōtāhuhu Health Centre closed this morning for 48 hours after it was visited by a patient on 6 and 10 August who tested positive for Covid-19.
An Auckland Regional Public Health Service spokesperson said Westview Medical Centre in Glen Eden was also temporarily closed after a positive case visited.
These two positive cases are among the four already announced by the Ministry of Health on Tuesday night.
Ōtāhuhu Health Centre said in a statement the clinic was notified early today that one of its enrolled patients had tested positive for Covid-19 on 10 August.
"The patient had presented themselves to our clinic on 6 August and was advised by one of our general practitioners to go to a local community testing centre," the statement said.
"This is standard practice for clinics that are not designated swabbing centres.
"On 10 August they presented again to our clinic where our general practitioner established the test had not been done and advised them again as a priority to do so at a local testing centre.
"Following notification of a positive test this morning [12 August], we have immediately closed the clinic for 48 hours for cleaning and swabbed all staff and sent them home to self-isolate pending confirmation of test results."
The clinic is now contacting all patients who visited the clinic between 6 and 10 August to inform them of the situation, to get tested at a local community testing centre and to self-isolate until results of the tests known.
