An American investment fund now holds almost 12% of Pyne Gould Corporation.
Baker Street Capital, which is registered to a Californian address, has lifted its stake from 10.75% to 11.77%.
It has been increasing its holding over recent weeks.
Baker Street is now Pyne Gould's second largest shareholder, behind Pyne Holdings.
